Every site needs an FAQ because who really has time to sit an answer the same questions over and over again (well, I do, but that's part of my job and that job pays me rather well :p)

 So behold. FAQs

 1. What happened to the Mortal Kombat Fan Galleries???

- I cannot devote the time and attention that I wanted to. 2008-9 is not the same as when I was a part-time worker and college student with nothing else better to do in 1997 :)  Besides, today you have plenty of sites that allow the fan artists and fan fic writer to maintain their own works.  The wait time for when people submitted stuff for me to add just got too long for my standards. 

 2. Why is it no longer on your site?

- The script I was using had gotten hacked into.  At that stage we are talking hundreds of fics (and I'm counting parts and/or chapters) and 2-3 times that in fan art.  It's not the same as when I started and was able to hand code pages.  I am now feeling old.

3. Will you put back the Galleries?

 If I do, it will most likely be my own works.  I have lost contact with almost all of the contributors, and most likely, they have all moved on to  other things. I am an admitted stick in the mud, but there are times to let things go.  There's also archive.org :p

(August 22, 2009: Yes, I'm quite aware that the FAQ is slightly out dated. I had not really expected to get back into the field of Fan Fic/Art, but as Rayden said in the first movie "Mortals are hard to predict")
